What Data We Collect
We collect your email address when you sign up for our waitlist or newsletter.
We collect anonymized usage data about your visit through Google Analytics, including pages viewed, time on site, device type, approximate location, and referrer.
We also process technical data such as your IP address and browser information through our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
Why We Collect It and Legal Basis
We use your email address to send you product updates, launch announcements, and marketing communications about Klarca. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
We use analytics data to understand how visitors interact with our website and improve it. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Who We Share Data With
We share your data only with processors who help us operate the website. Websupport, s.r.o., based in Bratislava, Slovakia, provides our website hosting and email infrastructure. Google Ireland Limited, based in Dublin, Ireland, provides our website analytics.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, or for a maximum of three years of inactivity. Waitlist emails are currently stored on our hosting server provided by Websupport, s.r.o., until a dedicated email service is integrated.
Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months.
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for up to 6 months.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data, and to erase your data, also known as the right to be forgotten.
You have the right to restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Slovakia, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), www.dataprotection.gov.sk.

International Transfers

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting, and limited access to personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data.
